Festivaali-info sijaitsee kulttuuritalo Valveen aulassa on avoinna 17.—23.11. ma—pe klo 8.30, la 10.00 ja su 10.30 lähtien päivän viimeisen näytöksen alkuun asti. Infon tavoitat puhelimella 044 527 8648.
The festival info is located in the lobby of the Valve Cultural Centre from 17th to 23rd November and is open Mon—Fri from 8:30 a.m., Sat from 10:30 a.m. and Sun from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the last screening of the day. You can reach the festival info by phone +35844 527 8648.

- The building of the Cultural Centre Valve has served as Oulu City Hall, a police station, a trade and industrial school, and a police jail was located on the site of the new part of the building. You can visit the jail rooms in the Northern Photographic Centre gallery on the first floor! The building was constructed after the Great Fire 0f 1882. Its architecture reflects the Neo-Renaissance and Neo-Gothic styles. The building was designed by architect A. H. Sjöberg.
