Accreditation is free and there’s no deadline.

Child's Day Award to Oulu International Children's and Youth Film Festival
Minister of Science and Culture Mari-Leena Talvitie has presented the Child's Day award to RanKids association in Joensuu and the Oulu International Children's and Youth Film Festival.
