In a distant empire, there is a legend of seven heroes who saved the country from the forces of darkness and restored sunshine and peace to the land. Arthur, a bungling goat with ambitions of becoming a barber, dreams of cutting the Emperor's hair in a ceremony. In the midst of his mundane chores, Arthur is whisked away on a wild adventure when robbers invade the palace and steal the imperial eggs. Arthur is fortunately able to retrieve the eggs: a high-speed chase ensues, in which Arthur is joined by mysterious heroes.
